Paddlesports is back for 2026, and the team are marking four years of delivering kayaking, canoeing, and raft-building sessions! Tonight, they welcomed 1st Chinley Cubs to get the season started with a kayaking session. The weather (unusually) played nice and a Cub even managed a headstand in their kayak – not something we’ve seen before!
This year the team are expanding their reach and are delivering canoeing sessions to Squirrels and Beavers on the Peak Forest Canal from Buxworth Basin. All Cub, Scout, and Explorer sessions will be still be delivered at Combs Reservoir.
