Members of the paddlesports team had a great day at Saturday’s instalment of the Whaley Wharf weekend.
Armed with flyers, information boards, and a canoe, the team spoke about what they do on the water and about wider scouting in the High Peak. Passers-by were also able to try their hand with a throw line and, for the younger visitors, the paddler’s version of hook-a-duck!
